Pizza Slice

Yes! Finally learnt how to make a proper pizza today. So easy but a bit troublesome. But kneading dough is another tale. The dough kept stick itself, annoyingly, onto my fingers, it's like my hand was dipped in a big pot of stickiest green slime. Hate it...

Used up all my mozarella cheese for good this time. Grating cheese is such a tiresome job... Will copy this recipe when I'm free.

Not very delicious (the dough mixture was a bit off, with too much flour and too little butter), yet still pass. Hehe...
